COVID-19 UPDATE


 

We are excited to announce that our office will be reopening with modified hours on June 1st and that we will begin scheduling client appointments beginning on June 8th.

Here is a list of some of the changes you can expect to experience at NMA: 

During the appointment scheduling phone call-

  • Clients will be pre-screened to ensure they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 nor been exposed to anyone with or suspected to have Covid-19 in the previous 14 days before scheduling an appointment.

  • Please advise us if you have recently traveled (past 14 days) to an area that has been highly impacted by Covid-19 or anywhere outside of the USA.


Day of appointment before entry-

  • Clients will be pre-screened again to ensure they have not experienced symptoms of COVID-19 since scheduling, nor have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

  • Clients must wear a face mask when entering our office building per Yolo County and CDC guidelines so please bring your clean/new mask. You will be asked to keep your mask on unless directed to remove it by your treatment provider. You may want to bring your own pen for signing the usual documents.   

  • Clients may not bring any guests or family members with them. Unfortunately, this means the little kiddos, too, that we typically love to see. Minors may have a parent sign for their treatment but then wait in the car or in the lobby downstairs.

On arrival-

Our waiting room will not be available for use during this extra precautionary time.

  • Call us upon your arrival, and we will notify you once your room is sanitized and available for you. Appointments are staggered so we avoid overlapping clients in the office.

  • You may remain in your car or wear a mask to wait in the lobby downstairs until you are contacted.

  • Clients will be screened for a fever using an infrared temperature device and offered hand sanitizer prior to being placed in a treatment room.

  • Again, feel free to use your own pen for signing your usual documents. documents. We are working on electronic signatures for you. Look for that to be launched by July.

  • As much as we love hugs around here, for now, we will demonstrate social distancing in our office for the safety of all.

  • We are asking that you please adhere to this safety protocol so that you don’t have to be rescheduled.

  • All surfaces and objects touched by any client will be immediately sanitized upon the client’s departure.

  • Our office will frequency sanitize high traffic surfaces throughout the day.

instructions.

If you would like to book an appointment, please give our office a call at (530) 758-5492 on or after June 1st. If you have trouble getting through, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call shortly. We will try to have a couple of choices ready for you when we call.
